"The Great Pumpkin Crop"
Date: October 25, 2008
Time: 10 am until 10 pm
Cost: $30
Description: Fall is here and we will celebrate by enjoying that great fall vegetable "the pumpkin" as we crop for 12 hours. Lunch and dinner are provided along with snacks and a goodie bag. We will also have fun playing games and fellowshipping with one another.
Crop Registration Information:
1. Upon registration for the crop you must pay 1/2 of the crop fee.
2. If you call in to register, you have 48 hours to pay the deposit or your name will be removed from the list.
3. The deposit is non-refundable. If we can fill your spot, we will issue a store credit.
4. Crop fees are not applied to customer loyalty tags.
5. In order for everyone to have the amount of space that is advertised and promised to them when they sign up and pay for their spot, we are strictly enforcing the one person to a table policy. This means no sharing of tables.
6. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed at crops. Children over the age of 12 may attend a crop with their mother. However, a separate table must be reserved for the child. We hope you understand that we want to encourage scarpbooking among young people, but this is a time for most moms to fellowship with other adults. We appreciate you understanding.
