What is the Home Path System?

1.) Choose a pre-approved plan that best fits your needs
2.) Approve a pre-selected home site --or-- choose another available home site
3.) Meet The Builder and Decorator

  a. Outline the building process and your goals/expectations
  b. Make any plan modifications that you desire
  c. Discuss the builders proposed plans/specs and decorating allowances
  d. Builder will make any base price adjustments necessary
